APPLICATION:
It is widely used in PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE and other recycled materials as well as blow molding, injection molding, coating, dipping, casting, weaving, etc., to improve product quality and yield.
Instructions:
Directly mix the DESICCANT with the RECYCLED plastic material evenly, then the product can be processed and produced.
--If used in blow molding production, the addition ratio is 1%-2%;
--If used in sheet and injection molding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%.
The specific addition ratio should be determined according to the moisture content of the plastic.

1). Please bake the plastic color master batch before using to remove the moisture, for that the color master batch are easily absorbing water. Specially for PET,ABS,PA and PC ect.
2). Please pay attention if you would like to use the color master batches to create new colors by color matching, because there will be color shading and color light transformation problems.
3). Please dont mix color master batch with other additives to avoid chemical reaction .
4). Please choose higher dilution ratio instead if possible to decrease the production cost.
